You use rooExtend with a Raspberry Pi 3/4 in a FLIRC case?

Then this little accessory gives your FLIRC case a professional look and eliminates the “DIY smell”.

The lid is solid and milled out of a black anodized 1.5mm strong aluminum plate. The corners are rounded to integrate perfectly with the FLIRC body and the bevelled edges result in a perfect fit in the case's recess.

The lid is labeled with the rooExtend logo and thus shows the contents of your FLIRC housing. The writing is laser engraved and therefore razor sharp.

Because of the high accuracy of fit, the lid can easily be fixed into the FLIRC housing with a few drops of super glue (not part of the my offer). The black aluminum of the lid ensures a significantly better cooling of the case compared to the plastic cover supplied by FLIRC. If you have a drop of thermal paste, you can apply that in addition to the superglue in the center (don't mix!). This further increases heat dissipation. This is an additional option but not required for proper operation.

The price includes international shipping. All I ship to locations outside of Europe has to go through customs. Depending on the destination country and the regulations in force there, additional costs may be incurred by customs and/or local taxes.

This listing includes the lid only. The FLIRC housing must be purchased elsewhere. It also doesn't include superglue or thermal paste.
