Copy special paste 1st sheet in excel files then consolidate into one book

I am looking for the last mile solution using vba and/or power shell scripts to copy special paste values on the first sheet of 100+ excel files in the same folder. Then, these sheets need to be consolidated and sorted alphabetically in one book.

About the files: a formatted template sheet is linked up to a hidden sheet. When the data is printed to the hidden sheet. It populated the formatted non hidden sheet with values. To turn the linked cells into actual numbers while keeping the formatting we copy special paste values. Then we move the sheets into one book.

I am looking to do this all with cvs and power-shell.

File formats are xlsx.
