Wordpress Contact Form Plugin

To use this plugin, you will need to:

1. Replace "[email protected]" with your email address.
2. Copy the code and paste it into a new file.
3. Save the file as "contact-form.php" (or choose a different name, but be sure to use the .php extension)
4. Upload the file to the "wp-content/plugins" directory on your Wordpress site.
5. Go to the "Plugins" section of your Wordpress dashboard and activate the plugin.

Once the plugin is activated, you can add the contact form to any post or page on your Wordpress site by using the [contact_form] shortcode. When a user submits the form, their message will be sent to your email address.
