The deal covers all plugins on their highest premium plan (i.e., commercial licenses). It renews every 6 months, however you can cancel anytime. The plugins will keep working beyond the 6 months (with all premium features) even if you don't renew; the only difference is that you don't get support and plugin updates after the 6 months (however the plugins won't break; the main point of the updates is that new features get added which don't exist yet; if they do break due to missing updates (unlikely) you'll get a free upgrade). For the services which usually charge monthly (MyPopUps, follow.it, TasteWP), you can use them for free for 6 months, and after that you can switch to the regular plan at a 30% discount after the 6 months (this offer is only valid for users who are not yet already premium clients of the respective services).
